Delete your account & data
You only have an account if you chose to sign in — Turbo Track is fully playable without one. If you did sign in, you can delete that account and its data at any time using either option below.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (immediate)
- Open Turbo Track. On the title screen, tap ACCOUNT & BACKUP, just under your car.
- On the ACCOUNT card, tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm your identity when asked — your password for an email account, or your Google account for Google sign-in — then confirm the deletion. It runs immediately and the app says "Account and cloud save deleted."
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email spintechstudio@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Turbo Track account deletion". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted permanently: your account (your email address, and the display name from your Google account if you used Google sign-in) and the cloud save stored under it — times, stars, unlocked roads, credits, garage and achievements.
- Kept on your phone: the progress stored locally. Deleting your account does not wipe your phone's copy, so you can carry on racing as a guest. To remove that too, uninstall the app.
- Leaderboard rows and ghosts: runs already published to the boards stay there under your board name — a nickname the game generated, never your name or email — and are not linked to you once the account is gone. The database does not allow a published record to be deleted from the app. If you want them removed as well, say so in your email and give the board name; we will delete them.
- Backup codes: a backup kept under a code is separate from your account. Remove it with STOP BACKING UP on the same screen, or send us the code by email and we will delete it.
Never signed in? Then there is no account to delete. The only thing of yours that may be
stored is a leaderboard row under a generated board name; email us that name and we will
remove it.
